Fantastic video. I am on the fence about buying both the GigBar and the Wolfmix and this definitely sold me on it. Very thorough and showed enough capabilities to let me imagine what I can do with mine (if and when I get it).

Your video was fantastic! I own the WMX1 Gig Bar Move (Pre ILS) and a few other lights that I incorporate into my DJ performances. I really like how you organized each light into its own channel on the mixer, a setup I've attempted to replicate. However, I've been encountering difficulties getting the strobe lights to function properly. Would you be open to sharing your configuration or profile? I understand this took considerable time to perfect, and I'm willing to compensate for it. Your video was truly enlightening, showcasing advanced techniques for optimizing the Gig Bar setup.

I have group A, B, and C taken
So if I want to use the Gigbar with the WMX1 I need to use D-G?

Hey! I watched your video on the command a few months ago, then found the wolfmix for sale, got curious, googled for info, and found this video in a link in a forum! You are awesome for doing these videos. What a help! You have a lot of knowledge. Would you be willing to share your mapping Info for this?
I had a feeling it was in the forum, so I went back and found the zip for the fixture profile. Thanks so much! I may come back with a question or two down the road. Do you think it will be worth getting the unit with the midi port in the back instead?

I definitely want the midi version, I can just plug it into my live gear and not have to worry about everything syncing up. But it’s a pretty pricey purchase for me since I’ve only had the original WMX1 a couple of months. I’ll probably wait and let them work on any bugs for a couple months. @@heatherwhyte9527
That's a good idea. I'm actually still waiting to purchase the Gigbar too but I'm going to this weekend. I *almost went for a gig bar/command package but I'm so glad I watched this video. I think I like the better controls and the ability to use the strobes more. And that touch screen is pretty great, too. :) @@tarekith
The ILS Command is pretty good for the price, and for people who want something a bit simpler to use. But yeah, the WMX1 is totally different beast and if you don't mind diving a little more into DMX definitely a lot more powerful. Good luck with your light set up! @@heatherwhyte9527

Will the WMX1 work with the first gig bar?
If it supports DMX then yes it should.
I will literally send you 50 dollars to reset it and make a video showing how you imported it or set it up in build your fixture. I can't figure it out and it's driving me nuts. When I try to add the profile and start from there it says "fixture has no channels". The EU version imports but the whole thing starts having a seizure
