Interesting to see you still use acid for a rust stop treatment , it was widely used here years ago when body shops still did rust removal and repair..sadly most of the newer paint shops won’t touch a vehicle with any rust repair needed and only want to change out body panels. If you sweep up the bondo dust, you can add it back to your new can as a thickener... Or so I've heard... I'm surprised how little rot there is. I'm jealous.

to rip bondo out without killing the steel i use the 3m scotch brie on a 4 1/2 grinder " 3M 05816 Scotch-Brite XT Fibre Backed Disc XT-DB Purple "
