Hi, do you know if TV is capable to play heif/heic photo format? Not from screen sharing, but directly from USB key or network share.

Hi there , I recently bought qn90b and was disappointed that there isn't an option to render an sdr signal (windows 10) in DCI color space , it only let you chose REC709 and Native . That is not the case in sony TVs , I personally got very costumed to DCI color space for windows 10 , it's really like a cheep way for sdr to look HDR-ish without over saturation and it look natural. I assume S95C doesn't let you freely choose color space either , can you confirm ?

I'm definitely interested in buying this TV which would be an upgrade from my LG C1, but not at that price. I'm gonna wait until it goes on sale and watch the user reviews first. First impressions it looks pretty amazing, very vibrant colours, extremely bright for an OLED and great black levels.
Dont do it QD Oled has so much Burn In Problemes. Get a G2/C2 or 2023 Models

Is 77 inches good for gaming, or is 65 better? Is the increase in inches the lower the quality of the screen? Please answer me because I am confused about whether to buy between 65 or 77 (mostly I use it for games)
I've read that the one connect box limit the HDMI 2.1 bandwidth to 40 GBPS.The QN95C don't have the one connect box and it's HDMI 2.1 inputs have full bandwidth of 48GBPS.

What’s your sitting distance for the 77”? I will be roughly 8 feet and am considering a 65”. Just hoping it’s big enough. I can always get an extendable wall mount to bring it closer if I need to. Thanks!
I have had a 65” for the last 5 years with a 8’ sitting distance. I’ll be upgrading to a 77” this year. If you can pull it off always go for the bigger tv. Cheers
@@brokenwrench404 I agree. My plan is this.. I watch cable tv (sports), so the 8 feet distance is better for pq. I’ll get an extendable wall mount that extends 2 feet or so to bring g my sitting distance to 6 feet while gaming on the PS5 or watching 4K content. Best of both worlds. :) Plus I’ll save a ton of money getting the 65” over the 77”.

Samsung qd oled is better than oled itself. Qd oled is a mixture of 2 top of the line TV technology. It doesn't has the weakness that oled has and got all of oled attributes.

No, only Panasonic has that feature to connect a powered subwoofer to your Tv to boost audio quality

I have the S95B, the black level seems to be more intense on the S95C, resulting in richer color.I might get this also, but in the 65 inch

I can get this TV for $3400 at Best Buy . But as several other people have mentioned, I’ll wait a couple of more months for more reviews. And to see what updates the tv will get.

I can have Panasonic lz2000 65" for 3000$ but even for 1500 I wouldn't trust Samsung firmware

I’ve been holding out to see what Sony has to offer. I want the Sammy but I hate the One Connect Box. I’ve had 3 of them go out. They are very expensive to replace. I wish we could see actual content everyone watches and not demos.
Manufacturers really need to step up their game with remotes e.g. I don’t need all the buttons for services I don’t use one connect box is 👍🏻

Great video thanks. I still can't decide whether DV is a must or not. I've heard Samsung manages static HDR well enough that most people won't notice the lack of dynamic HDR.
It's not. How many titles do DV? And how many of those do you really care to watch and really cherish? Video games and 4k physical releases don't have DV. And as for me, I don't care to spend more on a Sony for DV or settle for an inferior LG because of DV. Samsung is it. Unless there are dozens of shows that I watch in DV and DV is far superior to HDR, then I may consider switching over.

The problem with these one connect boxes is the TVs may not be usable if somebody acquires them used.
Somebody might get rid if the TV and not include the connect box.
So now it's a fancy paperweight.
Not having the remote for things is tough enough.
I still think the one connect should be optional at the least

But even for other models I believe the option should be available for people who do want to have it and maybe can’t afford the price jump from a model that does vs one that doesn’t

Depends, are you a stickler/enthusiast for picture quality, where every minor detail of image quality is super important to you? If not get the larger TV. For the average consumer, who would never even recognize the difference unless side by side and being told what to look for, the larger screen wins almost every time.
Qn90b 85 inch if you want a more immersive home theater like experience and want to spend less, but the qd-oled if your very nit picky about deep blacks, ultimate color, contrast and don't mind it only being 77 inches and also over $1,000 more while getting a smaller screen than the qn90b.

I'm good after the bull Samsung did to US with the S95b downgrading the nits. We had to go into the service menu to get some of it back nah F that Samsung never again.

$4500 its to much for 77 inch i have a qn90a 85 inch for 2,299 and im so regret it about this purchase .. yes its beautifull tv i see to many videos of you read this dont see videos for decide to your new tv goes to the store and for what you will need. This tv bright ass hell and will give you headache and then you will start down the brightness abd when you strart thibking like well for what i ourchase a brightness monster for then down the brightness. So. Purchase a tv. I beleved in a few years i will go to oled but not now because this new tech will have issues i will be when this have few years theb

One connector is great on a flat wall cause you can place it anywhere. The placement at the back of the TV is if you want to.

i have both LG OLD and samsung QD OLD i will alway chose LG over samsung for gaming QD OLD color looks fake LG OLED color looks more natural.
Samsung is being utterly stupid by not adding Dolby Vision, they would make 100x the profit and would outweigh the costs of licensing Dolby, whether or not it makes a huge difference, people want it on their TV's.
There is no need for DV on QD OLED displays. The color spectrum and their brightness is already beyond the limit

last year the S95B was the better gaming and HDR TV because it gets brighter, professionals give awards to Sony each year because they think more accurate colors are more important than PQ lol

Several reviews are out and they’re pretty even. Each has its strong and weak points. Prices are similar so it comes down to the small things like the one connect box or the built in flush wall mount, Dolby vision vs no DV, update risks and of course burn in with ratings burn in test
If am going to repent that much cash I'll buy a Sony tv, this is way over priced

This is so over priced and littered with QC issues. I love Samsung for LED but for OLED you must go with LG or if you have extra $ just go SONY and skip this tv. Half of these come bent from the factory and if they don’t you’ll bend it taking out of the box

I would disagree with the LG g2 being better than the S9B I have both and they are both great but I would lean to the S95B over the G2. As for the G3 we have to see how well the increased brightness stacks up

So my opinion is that lg will be equal to samsung as always , because both companies are pioneers in oled tv's..!!

since the c9,
from the cx,
there is now a green tint on all their models!
the whites are not at all as white as the b7/b8/c9 which was just exceptional!!!
and another big problem with LG display: a lot of panels are affected by the unbearable "grid effect" (dse),
I've had it 3 times !!! and I'm far from being the only one ...
without counting webos become much slower than before until c9 it was just : perfect !!!
for all these reasons i don't look at LG anymore...
and this is not subjective, it's a fact.
Then there was the arrival of the s95b which is just SPECTACULAR,
just one thing to reproach: no 77', but the 95c corrects the error.
