  • In this video, I'll show you how I wired a new horn button after breaking the connection from my clock spring on my Ford Ranger. I'll also show you how to replace the bulbs in your instrument cluster.

These bulbs are cheaper and brighter than the Sylvania Bulbs. I bought the Sylvania bulbs at Advance Auto for $8 PER PAIR. If I had known it was the cluster that was bad, I would have kept the LEDs. I was too lazy to swap them out again. I’ll use the LEDs on another project

Did u know if u Peel back the green plastic off of the cluster and use a dremel at low speed or hand sand the inside of the plastic film with fine sandpaper until the green is gone and it’s just clear then u can use colored led bulbs and it changes the color of everything. Mine are all red to match the paint. Some remote color changing ones would be sick!! Just a lil secret. Lol this is my 5th ranger 🤷🏻‍♂️

What modifications did you do to make the hub fit?
I still have the clock spring intact, how can I connect the horn to the steering wheel?
Thanks in advance. Love the channel.
