I know how you feel but the only time I am noticed is when i am crying and people ask whats wrong and it hurts that no one would be able to just look at me even when I am not cryinh and give me a hug and say everything will be ok
People know the me I want them to know, because I hide the real me who’s hurting,letting the pain take over, and feeling worthless and ugly.I hide her all too well, so well that not even the people who live with me and I thought cared about me, they don’t know one true thing about her.They don’t know her favorite color,food,pet,or even how she really feels.She thought that they care, but then she realized that no one loved her and no one ever would.She feels fat,ugly,worthless,pathetic,insecure,anxious,and scared but no one would ever know because all they see is who she thinks that they want.

Why do so many equestrians get depressed....? I'm one myself and I'm depressed
Good question. Maybe it's because many of us have lost a horse before. I know that I have. 6 months ago I lost the love of my life Clifford suddenly. That is the reason my depression,anxiety, OCD and trichotillomania have returned/intensified. Maybe I'm the only one I'm not sure. But I know that losing your best friend hurts. More than you can imagine. My biggest comfort is that I have pictures with him.
We ride to escape The pain. My horse is The only reason im alive now, i mean, i dont want my horse to go to some stranger

I hate how people think it's so selfish, like yes I hurt you, but I'm hurting so much worse than you at the moment, and guess what? I should have full control of my life. There are times when i am the happiest I ever been and attempted, not because I want to die, but I want to guarantee the day I end is happy, I should be able to choose when my life can end, when I can finally see what happens on the other side, even if it's nothing, you should choose when you are fulfilled and be happiest than anything.

i tried suicide once and was in a coma. i used to think if i died people would finally care about me and regret that they didnt. i eventually woke up from the coma and realized the saddest truth is even if i was dead some people that i loved / gave a fk abt wouldn’t even give 1 fuck about me for being gone
