Ingredients
[Custard Filling]
• 3 Egg Yolks
• 1 Whole Egg
• Milk 200ml [200g]
• Sugar 50g [2tbsp]
• Cornstarch 30g [2tbsp]
• Vanilla Extract 1tsp [6g]
• Melted Butter 30g [2tbsp]
• Salt ¼ tsp [1.5g]
[White Steamed Bun Dough]
• All-Purpose Flour 115g [14-¾ tbsp]
• Cake FLour 125g [16tbsp]
• Wheat Flour or Cornstarch 80g [⅔cup]
• Cold Milk 178g [178ml]
• Powdered Sugar 60g [½cup]
• White Oil or Lard or Shortening 10g [¾tsp]
• Instant Active Dry Yeast 4g [¾tsp]

Which country you are from? The difference is their protein content. The more protein the more gluten you have that's why it's essential to use the right flour when making breads, pastries, noodles etc.
The reason why your steamed siopao is yellowish, is because you dont have GOOD LIGTHNING.. Use ringlight or camera effect

But my followers don't have to use good lighting, i tried and tested this recipe many times. At di ko ilalabas to para lokohin ang viewers ko na puputi ang steamed bun nila. You need to be patient and wait for them to try this recipe. I never fool my viewers in anyways! God bless!
