• Granulated Sugar 120g- 1cup
• Water 30g- 2tbsp
• Water 30g-2tbsp
• Whole Eggs 4 pcs-
• Egg Yolks 2 pcs-
• Granulated Sugar 68g- ⅓cup
• Milk 375g- 1-¼ cups + 5tbsp
• Heavy Cream 250g- 1cup + 2tsp
• Vanilla Extract 2tsp- 10ml
• Whole Eggs 2 pcs-
• Granulated Sugar 60g-¼cup
• Cake Flour 60g- ½cup
