Jiang Guonan has been teaching at a rural primary school in the eastern Chinese province of Jiangxi for 42 years. With many pupils and teachers leaving for China’s big cities, student Jiang Haotian has become the only remaining child at his school. He’s still getting an education, however. Guonan has decided to stay and teach the seven-year-old to help him escape poverty, according to state media.

Yes!
I can imagine him watching this very video ten years later.
I think he’ll likely go visit him wherever he is ( if still alive), in old folks home or own home.
This is like homeschooling at school lol. One student, one teacher that teaches every subject.
@Liam Trudel That’s not true in all cases. My friend was homeschooled and her mum is an actual teacher and has degrees in every subject except like science
@@Mia.S13 a degree in every subject and an official teaching license. I'm not saying it's not true but I don't know if that's possible. This is just my assumption feel free to correct me
@@rishiy6183 Oh I meant like core subjects but I can see why u thought otherwise. She has a degree in Math and English (so including Humanities) and I think she also had one for sport
@@Mia.S13 so she had 4-5 degrees and decided to be a stay at home mum?
@@MrPanda._. yeah my mom has a phd in reading and a phd in writing but she decides to stay home because she knows she should
Hands down the best teacher in the entire world. This is heartwarming. Rural China W.
Teacher: Did anyone do the homework?
This kid: 👁👄👁
It feels like he goes to the private school which made only just for him
Indeed! Its amazing, the kid’s lucky
It is kinda sad because he does not have friends his age to play with and hence wont develop the social skills needed to interact with people his age in this important stage of his life but I guess his path would be a different one.
i Love You🤤🤤🤗😁😘😘
@@gsander3102 I think he will have a really great social skill considering that people around him are a lot older than him. Because that is how I am, I never learn how to interact with people from my age. But having people that are a lot older than me really help me a lot.
@@gsander3102 and when you’re growing up while learning to interact by older people, you will have a lot more understanding in people’s feelings. You also would have a lot of respect at the early age.
He's the father figure for him, he's gonna be the successful man in the future,
