@@sombrerovolteao I don't know Spanish well enough, but timbre in English refers to the sound her voice makes independent of pitch. For example a violin and a trumpet can each play the same note, but each will sound different.

Music and talent is something very subjective, I love Rita Payes and Andrea Motis ... but I dont think they are the absolute best from this group. Alba's voice is very silky and smooth.

I knew this old song already, played by the Trio Los Panchos from Mexico and sung by Eydie Gormé. I was glad to watch it, sung by Alba Armengou, who I'm an admirer of. And we had to wait some time to watch a new CZcams video by Alba. Thanks, Alba and thanks to Vicente, Marçal and David. You all are great! More, more, more!

Delightful all around. Alba's voice is rich and flowing, the others provide wonderful support. I, for one, enjoyed the uncredited 5th performer. She really wanted to be in the show.

I' m glad to see Marcal along from SAJB and Vincente who is becoming a regular since you and he did those Portuguese duets in the kitchen. The bassist is solid. You do a great job with this Spanish song. If there are more recordings from from this session, send them along. They are very good jazz.
The conductor, so skilled, so poised, brings out the best in the group! I want to see more from her!
