He said : “I interviewed Mitchell Johnson last week and he said, ‘the barmy had done one on him’…”
The meaning? Basically, Mitchell Johnson was having a horrible series, the Barmy Army were reminding him how bad his series was, and when he came out to bat, it was the perfect scenario when got out first ball… so Michael Vaughan was saying that ‘the Barmy Army won that little battle’ 😉

Took 22 wickets in a three test series in SA bowling at the likes of Amla, Faf, ABD and Graeme Smith. 311 test wickets says different. Didn't bowl too badly in 2015 apart from that one test match. He's Australia's fourth highest wicket taker at test level behind Warne, McGrath and Lillee. First two are arguably the best ever spinner and best ever quick. Hardly a one series wonder champ.
