Scream Tail is the Jigglypuff of our wildest dreams. It has been buffed with some higher statistics and the incredible ability, Protosynthesis. Thank you for your offensive starmie expanation. I feel like as a late-game cleaner hydro pump really is just so risky. It doesn't even hit that many tresholds surf doesn't and it really could lose you the game if you rely on a starmie cleanup. Maybe offensive starmie is overrated even?? But it feels so fun if it DOES work and you threaten everything idkkk.
fire blast and hydro pump are just so frustrating aaaaaa
I have never been a huge fan of Offensive Starmie personally. Gets chipped down easily and stopped by Blissey + Pump is inconsistent but you also kinda need the damage.
Tend to prefer Zapdos who is Spike immune, hits harder and can actually do stuff to Blissey with Toxic, Roar or just Baton Passing out
