    This is a fail… safety should be your first priority when teaching. Wearing a pfd and whistle. Everything else is secondary.

      this is how to stand up paddle board, not how to have common sense, everyone who engages in water sports should already know the safety requirements for them, and a citizen of their country/state, the paddleboarder would already know to wear a pfd and/or a whistle if they want to, or if their country/state requires or recommends it.
