Thank you for this video Dr. Patel. I'm in the early stages of research before I schedule my (extended) tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo next year. I'm sorry but if you already made a video regarding DRAINLESS TUMMY TUCKS and I missed it, I apologize. However, if you haven't yet, could you please make us a video on the pros and cons of drainless VS drain-in tummy tucks? I am a 49 yr old female, mostly healthy and I am considering a drainless TT since I have seen many videos that claim drainless TT patients heal so much faster and easier, and with fewer complications. However, not many docs offer it, so I wonder why, if it's a more effective option, why don't too many plastic surgeons offer it. Thank you in advance.
