  • There are few spine ailments more painful than a pinched nerve. There are many conditions that can cause a pinched nerve, as explained in this video, like a bulging spinal disc, herniated disc, bone spurs, scoliosis, etc. Of patients suffering from chronic neck or back pain caused by a pinched nerve, only about 10% require surgery to achieve relief. Many patients can pursue conservative treatment methods to free a pinched nerve and alleviate pain with long-term results.
Patients who have been told they need surgery for a pinched nerve should seek a second opinion. A Top US Spine Surgeon, Dr. Hooman Melamed, believes that surgery should always be a last resort and strives to help his patients with conservative treatments. When surgery is required, however, Dr. Melamed specializes in a range of minimally invasive procedures to relieve nerve pain at the source with minimal blood loss and lower risk of infection, compared to traditional open neck or back surgery.
Dr. Melamed and his welcoming staff are available today at (310) 730-1787. There's also more information on Dr. Melamed's website, TheSpinePro.com

We must boost automation across the board, and a absolute surplus of food can end starvation at the same time as ending homelessness on a global scale.
Keep on rocking as your roll.

Excellent video. I had two MRI’s and my doctors keep giving me conflicting answers. My left arm and shoulders are having spasms electric shock feelings . I slept with my left arm horizontally and I woke up with a pinched nerve. It’s driving me crazy.

It took almost five years to get the diagnosis! I have been told all kinds of answers and none were correct. I'm exhausted.

    Thanx for the Vulcan knowledge.
39% curved spine and dystonia for 30 years now, and 2 months ago I woke in back pain that shoots down the back of my right arm pulsing arm pain. I was sleeping on a crate lid at the time on a solid flat surface, I think that due to hours of my spine touching the flat surface, ultimately it why.
It's like if you sleep on your arm and notice later when you wake up, I didn't move to correct sleep posture as pain masks itself during sleep mode. Oops, lol.
    Live n learn.

I'm in Canada but encourage free universal health care access globally so, and free medical weed access for people who have painful neuromuscular muscular challenges in life myself included.
Surgery is an option for some people, it certainly was how I was born when I fell out of the womb, cesarean. Lol
Sorry, just trying to make light of it and laughter after pain is ideal.
