The State title game is actually played in Hershey, PA. The WPIAL(District 7) title game is played at Heinz Field. However, th district title is a lot more prestigious and valued by teams and fans throughout the area

North Pittsburgh/northern suburbs have some of the best athletes in the area. They already mentioned NA and Central Catholic, but Pine-Richland is right there with them. As shown, there's a lot of pedigree in this area and I think it's only improving. They breathe football out there (lived there for 18 years, can confirm) and they play the right way.
Kudos to the NFL on this one, hopefully they highlight more high schools around the country.

I went to Mars and we always beat up NA, PR, SV, till we got to high school Bc they 5A and we 4A. When I was there we were 3A and the highest grade ball was 4A which all those for mentioned teams are graded as.

My alma mater is low key dope. I was there the last two times they won WPIALS because my older brother was in the band (which is more acclaimed than the football team) and I remember that there was always a huge group of friends that came to support their friends on the football field. Nice atmosphere. NA is also one of the best academic schools in western PA so I am not surprised that they have some Steelers legacy.
Latrobe has the best football players! Some great football player came from there such as AJ Ferraro. 3-9 Wildcats!
