AdvancedKnifeBro took his family camping. Or... Glamping. Which is like camping, but with enough modern amenities that the really hardcore outdoorsy folks (like maybe Jeff Randall and the team at ESEE) wouldn't really qualify as "camping".

I wasn’t interested in the Laser Strike because I can be vain and superficial in my knife buying preferences. Recently I broke a machete which put me into a mad cutting tool frenzy.
Then along came a Laser Strike in tan. So, I added it to the order.
Now, in another frenzy of possible buyer’s remorse I’m watching some videos on the knife and came across your video.

I had steered clear of the LS because of looks but I watched a video and the knife worked well, even de-limbing a pine branch. Once it arrived with half a dozen other blades it felt right in my grubby lil mitts.

I wasn't sure if you actually liked the laser strike until the sassy look you gave the camera when you were chewing that wood. Now I know that it is a series knife for serious CZcams bushcrafters. All joking aside, it really does look like a good offering from Esee and you did a good job on your review.
It's a good size and comfortable... more of a blunt instrument than a fine slicer, but there's a need for that. I mean I think there is.

I love my Laser Strike. If you want more fixed blades to review I have the LT Wright Genesis, LT Outback, LT Wright next gen., and lt Wright machete.
I also have a TOPs BOB. A spyderco mule in s35vn and a few buck fixed blades. Didn't realize I had this many until I started typing these comments.

Camping is the perfect time to show of your chicken legs.. This knife and a Junglas II, will take you far in wood processing in the wilderness, or camp site, or backyard. But, I also like that Esee 3's size.

Fantastic Review. I am thinking about getting a fixed blade for a while now. I am like one that I can use for a bunch of things. All I have is a couple or Mora's and the Camp 10. So there should probably be something in between. I really love people that do youtube for a living. Especially when their videos clearly show that less effort was spent than even I put in my videos. Yeah with me it's the problem that I am very, very ill. So filming for 20-30 minutes and then 2-3 hours of editing is more than I can easily do. But it's also the only thing I can do at the moment.
