Upon unboxing, I was immediately upset at how the rails were very noticeably bent. But I kept going, all tools needed to assemble were included czcams.com/users/postUgkxqtX4Dxs6aecAZEuz6GY5-d81YecKCshn and I had it set up in about 30 minutes. Honestly I love this thing, make sure to read the measurements and measure your space so you know if it'll work for you. I bought this to put inside my closet, underneath where I hang my clothes and it is absolutely perfect! It is VERY sturdy and all drawers glide easily and mine are stuffed, and they are still flush when closed.
Can I stop and say something completely off topic? You are so beautiful. You look natural and low maintenance and you do it so well. I love your work too, of course. I do furniture flipping as well and I have learned a lot from you. Thank you!!
I really appreciate that you showed the process from so many angles/distances. It was really easy to see what you were doing
Wow! You nailed it! Watching you make those cuts for the legs made us (me & Carlos) realize your a boss!
Beautifully put. And true.
Yes, She is! And you too Kasha! When will you dare?
Lovely piece, beautiful work, the dark drawer pulls are my choice.
Love this! The darker knobs pop against the color!
I don't know if you call yourself an artist, but you ARE. What a talent to get something so old and beat up and transform it into a master piece. Black knobs definitely was the perfect choice.
Hi Katie, love the finish on this dresser. I also like the contrast the black knobs bring to the piece.
I prefer the darker knobs. The contrast brings it together. Beautiful job.
Darker pulls. Very nice transformation.
That dresser is beautiful and looks very high end. Getting rid of those “loopty-loops” at the base really elevated it

lizhoward9754 Your comment "That dresser is beautiful and looks very high end. Getting rid of those “loopty-loops” at the base really elevated.it.” exactly matches my thoughts. .
Very nice. I like the darker knobs.
The dark knobs brought it front and center for me. Beautiful job! One other thing, support your local and small businesses. They are counting on you! Again, you knocked it out of the park! 🕊🇺🇲
yay! you're awesome katie. i liked the dark knobs, i think the contrast pops nicely.
Love the darker knobs.
I prefer the dark-coloured knobs against the light wood. Thinking outside the box has always been your forte Katie. Thanks for giving us a peek and as always for inspiring us.
Reminds me of the "antiquing" look back in the 70s. My dad did it pretty much the same way you did (without the comb) for one of my dressers when I was a kid.
Yessssss! Back in the sixties my dad used a faux woodgrain antiquing kit to refinish my brother’s bedroom furniture. It actually came out looking surprisingly good!
Yes, and it was terrible 🙈
It's really beautiful!! Timeless...black knobs look great. I'd leave em
You are so good. I love that you treat the inside of the furniture with beeswax and hemp oil. It makes it look brand new and cared for. Love the black knobs and how you placed them.
I love the whole look and I prefer the dark knobs.
I prefer the darker knobs. 💕
It's absolutely beautiful
I love the dark knobs, I agree the contrast is so much nicer
Finished dresser is gorgeous! Keep the black knobs, love the contrast and picks up on the black items you’ve placed in the background.👍🏽
the darker knob! You teach me a lot!!!!!
I almost cried because I love the look of wood. Unfortunately, sanding is very difficult for me because of arthritis so this technique can help me achieve that look without the pain!
Dark knobs are my preference.
The finish looks very natural! I vote for the darker knobs.
Turned out beautiful! The brass pulls would make it look even better.
The dark knobs look best. That is a beautiful piece!
I prefer the dark knobs. This dresser is gorgeous!
Beautiful!!! The dark knobs definitely. They're more dramatic! 👍👍👍👍
Im genuinely surprised at how well that turned out....faux wood grain paint....well done
Wow, one of the best "how to" videos I have ever seen. Love how you just get on with it and no flowery intro filled with unnecessary verbage. The end product is fabulous. I am 77 so I have seen a lot. Take this as a big compliment.
I love this! I wonder how it would look as a darker “wood” that’s whitewashed?
I like the darker knobs.
I like the dark knobs. The finish is lovely
I would like to see the lighter knobs on the whole piece before I choose…I think they are pretty
I’ve really wanted to do this finish for a while but have been too intimidated and overwhelmed by all the different techniques online. This was a great straight forward tutorial, thank you so much!
I prefer the lighter knobs but the dark ones look great w/ the dark decor accents… great job! 😊
Wonderful piece. Love the color and the dark knobs. Brava 👏
Beautiful piece. I like the darker pulls better!
Brilliant effect. I would wait for the other knobs, I prefer them to the darker ones.
I have seen many CZcams furniture flippers build new bases ( even you!) to update these old girls. That still looked a little intimidating to me. What a great idea just to re-image what was there already! Great idea and great finish!
Wow. I was sceptical but this totally worked! Looks lovely & the dark knobs look great. I wouldn't change them.
I like the darker knobs.~Debbi
Prefer the dark ones. Love the way it looks
Beautiful, as always. I prefer the dark handles. It makes the dresser more of a statement.

Katie, great job. Thanks for cutting the legs. I always wondered how that would look. I like the darker knobs better.
You would never know it is the same piece. Beautiful is the finished product.
Great vision
This is beautiful. Great transformation!
Very nice - I like the contrast of the darker knobs.
As always, you made the right call on the legs...it does look better straight. And I prefer the lighter hardware. Beautiful result.
Gorgeous!!
Definitely darker Home Depot knobs!
Oh my word, this dresser looks stunning. I also prefer the darker knobs on. :)
Love that contrast with the dark knobs! Awesome job Katie!!! As always!
The contrast of the darker hardware is so much more attractive! :)
Solid, simple black (soft lines) hardware? Amazing finish on this! I live in a studio apartment (and probably always will)-thank you for thinking of those of us who have no space! 👏
So beautiful! You brought it back to life Katie. I love this look and will try to do in my home. It is stunning.
About 65 years ago my great uncle painted all the woodwork in his house, doors, trim etc., using a graining technique. I was so amazed as it looked like wood with knots and everything, and he showed me what he used. It was a small roller with a pattern on it that you just rolled over your wet top coat. I was a bit disappointed that it was so simple but it looked great, I can still see it in my mind's eye. It's the finished product that counts, right? 😊
Great paint job, Katie and I think the dark pulls really look great!
This dresser is beautiful!! I really like the darker knobs.
Team dark drawer pulls! As always absolutely stunning transportation! Nailed it!
Love the darker knobs. Sets off the dresser nicely. Really beautiful!!

The cuts you changed on the bottom are PERFECT and so are the darker drawer pulls!!
I'll be honest - I had my doubts but this is beautiful! I'm so impressed. Thanks for sharing this technique.
I love the wood faux finish effect Katie! I also love what you did to the base and the contrast of the black knobs are perfect!❤️

Ohhhh job well done Katie, I love love love it!
I really love the darker knobs 🙂
Wow that painting technique actually looks like wood! I can see it being really great for somebody who might have health problems and can’t sand.
Love that you are getting more comfortable with power tools 💪! It’s amazing how the shape of furniture legs can really make or break a piece I recently did a little tweaking myself for the ugly duckling challenge. Thank you for sharing another great video!
Love the contrast of the dark knobs
Absolutely love it! The dark knobs set it off.I did a seaside bleached wood look on a bedroom set years ago. It’s amazing what one can do with paint!!
Very beautiful transformation. I love the darker knobs
Absolutely beautiful! The black knobs makes the furniture piece look much better.
Just love how you breathed new life in to that old dresser. It looks wonderful with the edgy cuts and especially those knobs. And, I love the way you improvise when things get tricky.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! This is why I look forward to Saturday's to watch you create amazing pieces! 💞
I love what you did with this dresser! Your instructions are so clear and you give me hope that I could do something like this too. Thank you so much!!

Great project! I love your encouragement & low stress attitude to tackling the process.
This is the very first video for me to watch on my journey to makeover our small one bedroom cottage:) this was so so helpful! thank you!
This came out so beautiful! I think this may be my favorite piece of yours that I’ve seen refinished. The transformation is so dramatic. I vote for the dark knobs. Modern, sleek and high end looking. 👏👏
