何体かサイズが怪しいポケモンがいます。
たかさ研究所が非公式で出している「ポケモンたかさ図鑑」という素晴らしい図鑑を
見つけたので、第2世代以降はそれを参考に制作します。
アーボックが想像以上にデカいってコメントしようとしたら本当はもっとデカくて草
アーボ、アーボックは高さじゃなくて長さが3.5ｍでは？ハクリューの４mみたいな表現が正しいのではないでしょうか？？
3.5mって全長だと思うんだけど違うのかな……
最初全長で作ってたんですけどアニメと見比べたら結構小さかったんですよね。
ギャラドス、イワークも同じ理由です。
なぜ私にはいいねしないんでしょうか？ふざけてるんですか？
I think the snakelike Pokemon are supposed to be measured from head to tail. That's why all of them look enormous.
Dratimi and dragonair look tiny tho I thought dratimi is like 6 feet
i think dratini and dragonair are the only snake like pokemon that where shown accuratly the rest where thrown way out of proportion.@@Fu9280

i think ghastlys measures include his fumes and not only the sphere inside the gasses, and i think here the core was the thing measured only,@@J.Wolf90
Daily reminder that despite being a big rock snake, Onix's attack stat is the same as Pidgey
And Onix has the same HP stat as Paras and Togepi.
He's a big paraplegic rock snake that's why.
Yup, we know Onix can't fight its way out of a wet paper bag...

They've always been pretty compact. Not as tall as a human, but pretty much the same weight.
Still freaking powerhouses though.

Dude, Arbok would be a frightening Pokemon to encounter in real life. The size of that snake was insane!
Don't worry. I think Arbok and Ekans sice is measured in how long they are from head to tale. Not how tal they are when raising their head above the ground

Arbok, Ekans, Onix and Gyarados are way off scale. Their measurements are taken from tail to head. Those models took the measurement from the floor to the max they could raise their heads

I was surprised by the size of Gastly, it is much bigger than I imagined.
A lot of these sizes are off, especially the snake-like Pokemon, as their "height" is actually their "length". So like Arbok should be about half as big as displayed in this video. Ghastly is probably shown slightly bigger her because of his smokey aura.

Charizard and Blastoise are rather short considering how big they appear to be in the anime and manga.
Ash is canonically 1.4 m, shorther than this video's Ash.

The size of the bug pokemon, rats, and snakes are just absolutely no. This is a beautiful video to show how terrifying living in the pokemon world is. Imagine a bat the size of a human attacking you, or human sized moths gathering around street lamps
I guess that's why humans in their world are tougher they have to survive living around all these crazy creatures
That's why Dr. Oak won't allow you to go out of Pallet Town without Pokemon on your side.

Not to mention there are giant sea serpents that are big enough to eat you in one bite and a bunch of animals that breathe fire or have fire on them and could burn down your entire city.
4:20 - From the beginning I tried to ignore the terrible proportion of Ash's height with the size of the 3D doll used to be him. But we couldn't take these Pokémon proportions seriously when in the SAME FRAME appear Rapidash measuring 1.7m and Slowbro measuring 1.6m but Slowbro is clearly larger than the Fire Horse.
So either the proportion of the 3D dolls is completely wrong or these heights are. But the video is good enough to entertain at least.
yeah the scaling is scuffed... "ash" walks past several who are supposedly taller than him (2.0) just to have them be fully covered by his head. and then u have a 1.2 be as tall as he is (1.55)...
Certain Pokémon are measured in length, not height.

There are some offscale Pokémon (like Onix/ Iwark or Gyarados). Snake-shape Pokemon (Onyx, Ekans, Arbok, Dewgong, Gyarados, etc.) "height" measure does not reference to height, but length (distance from the tip of the tail to the edge of the head).

The dex always had him as 4'7"- 5'.

@@xlixity Do you want to maybe just look it up??? Charizard is listed as 5'7" or 1.7m on both bulbapedia and serebii, for all generations. Took me like 10 seconds.
5'7"/1.7m is the height this video uses. The dex doesn't list him as 4'7" - 5'.

ブースターは種族値的に戦いに向いてない（攻撃は高い反面、脆くて遅い）、ペットにするのがいい

歴史のように継続していくゲームは必然的にデザインのシンプル性が失っていくから複雑さのある凝ったデザインに偏るのは仕方ない。クリエイティブは0から1を作り出せないようにいつかはそれらも尽きる。

With the ponyta line, I think if you want to measure their height properly, you should do it the way horses are, namely you count to the withers, not the head. That way you’d get something you could actually ride.
It looks like only a child could ride it tbh. Like a the size of a Shetland pony maybe.
@@minim3494 and that’s too small for a horse Pokémon. Resizing it to be to the withers would mean it would be approximately actual horse sized.
