How do you get these incredibly detailed character models and setting models? Did you download them from somewhere or did you model them yourself?

The only thing that throws me off in these videos is that, while the numbers are correct, the models aren't sized appropriately. Also, Franky post timeskip is significantly taller than everyone on the crew. So jinbe and Brooke being taller looks so wrong.
