Could Impact Tremors be substituted for Golem Foundry and have the deck win with ETB damage triggers instead of flooding the board with creatures?

I suppose it could, you'd have to be able to manage filtering for Red mana though as the deck primarily filters for green

Golem foundry can be found on some spells and makes the combo more consistent. Makeshift is more played for kill after that.
