Garage Door Opener Tips: When Renters Move Out

Landlords, property managers, owners, and even if you're just moving into a new home you should absolutely do this very easy task of erasing all existing remotes / keypads and wifi settings. This will give you peace of mind in knowing no one has access to your garage door with an old remote or car that was previously programmed.
