Sounds nice!! Looks like they did a good job with the welds and install in general. Just make sure the welds are treated for rust because that is a weak point where it will fail in a couple of years.

after 2005-2007 all T models have 4 cyl 2.0L i myself have 2013 v70 t5 2.0 4 cyl although i prefer erlier t models with B5234T5 5 cyl 2.3 was in legenddry volvo 850 T-5R they sound like heaven :)

Just change the muffler, added a vibrant bottle resonator 2 months ago, so would recommend just change muffler🙂

Where did you buy the exhaust tips? And how did you do the exit piping from the muffler to the tips?

Looking to just do a muffler delete on my T5 s80 which is the same 4cyl engine as yours. Any idea if there will be noticable drone?
If you have a resonator there will be almost no drone. Just rear nufföer delete is enough

Annoying at some rpms so will probably install a vibrant bottle resonator 🙂
Following up: if you just replace the muffler (no resonator delete), would their be drone noise at any rpms? I have the exact same car
Any pops or crackles when revving of driving?
Pops when shifting in high rpm and crackles a little bit when releasing the pedal om lower gears. Will try to make some new videos soon.
