I in agreement with this presentation. I am a lifelong investor and have been wary of making decisions based on scary events for more than 50% of my life. I lost my shirt in the first 50%. Finally did not react to single events and did OK since. My financial advisers do not react to panic either.

This is the only sensible lecturer in this seminar , yes computer can deal with that , but to over smart a human , no way .
