CSUN is one of the schools I applied to and I’m not sure which one to choose. How has campus life been and the programs/clubs?
Campus life is pretty good if you go out and explore what’s available around. There’s lots of clubs and organizations, it is very diverse and can find so many things that you will love. I’m only apart of freshmen mentorship but it’s been such a great experience.
I want to go csun but I want to take my ps5 but there wouldn’t be space 🥲 and feel like it’s a lot to dorm. Do you know the approximate of how much ?
I know a few people that have console and a tv. As long as you work it out with your roommate, it should fit. Online it makes it sound like a lot of money to live and eat here, but it’s really affordable and different options to suit your needs.

@@sebastianmorales766 the best option that will guarantee you get a dorm is to apply when it comes out. It works as a first come first serve basis.

Is this there like different sizes for the dorms? Like is this the biggest size?
For freshmen suites, they are only bigger if it’s a handicap room. The newer freshmen suites tend to be a bit bigger than the older freshmen suites.
@@arlycanizales what about for Juniors??, because I was thinking about attending here next year! Is there any apartments or dorms that is a bigger size?
@@heyitsadaeze6910 there are apartments that have two rooms (2 ppl in each room) bathroom and the living room. Some come with a kitchen and others dont. Just depends what you’re looking for. These rooms are bigger since it’s apartment style.

which suite without kitchen, building is the best?
Building 19-21, they are the newer buildings !!
@@arlycanizales im stuck between choosing 20 or 16, which one do you recommend? Somewhere quiet with different facility access and still some socializing, building 20 is new, does it have access to gaming room? Is it far from pool and other stuff?
@@madevil2651 i lived in 20 and I’ve gone to 16 and the lighting and how it built is way better in 20. The gaming room is in the middle of 20 and 16 so it’s not an issue. The pool is around the corner from building 19. Building 19 and 20 are connected as well.

Is it mandatory as a fresher to live in a university dorm?
No you Can decide where you want to live in, but if it gets maxed out, you may have to choose something different. I suggest applying to housing as soon as you can!
How do you ever get privacy?
I was used to changing in the locker rooms in hs, basically the same thing haha
