omg mine is too! and one day came back to the machine stuck-halfway through its cycle, and all the excrement (poop/clumped litter) fell out, creating a huge mess.
@@sheralett5820 mine has done that several times. Possibly all the weight from clean litter. I don’t think this robot is better than a regular litter box. It’s costing me time and money on unused litter being discarded.
I bought a secondhand one from somebody on OfferUp and it did not come with a power cord. Does anybody know where I can get one to fit because there’s no listing of the power I need.
I just bought the Glad small kitchen drawstring trash bag in cherry blossom (love this scent and it’s pink 💗) 4 gallon can size and they are the same size as the bags that came with the litter robot.

Mineral cat litter, bentonite cat litter Second, the compatibility cat litter. 1, mineral cat litter (diameter not more than 2.5mm, length not more than 15mm) 2. Mineral cat litter and bentonite mixed litter (diameter not more than 2.5mm, length not more than 15mm) Third, the use of cat litter is not recommended. 1, crystal cat litter, crystal cat litter can not be well agglomerated, will bring serious cleaning burden to the inner wall of the litter box 2, the length of more than 15mm tofu cat litter, liquidity, filtration through the bad, there will be partly stuck in the internal filter, you can also adjust the parameters to 6 through the APP "litter level calibration" to alleviate the phenomenon. 3、Low density cat litter, such as pine litter and activated carbon litter, is difficult to pass through the filter by its own weight, and will be partially stuck inside the filter, you can also adjust the parameter to 6 through "litter level calibration" in APP to alleviate the phenomenon
