I have one of these I just got today and it won’t do nothing it won’t turn or do nothing

Great when you say you should press 2 sec on Clean and the video the person press 2 sec on Odor an same when you say press 2 sec on Odor and the person on video press 2 sec on Clean. Strangly the video shows that it does what it should do when pressing the other icon and not what it will do if you do like they do on the video.
