24:01 ... so "Mister" Tonaka (Yuji Tanaka?) couldn't fix the mess at the office, lost the trust of the President/CEO, AND the office staff, making it "difficult" for him at the company, s he resigned ... WTF happened to the "consiquences" for his actions that the President/CEO promised??? 🤬 He WASN'T demoted (immediatly, anyway, since he was still given a chance to fix the mess.) He wan't transferred to a different department along with a demotion to "regular employee" with less than zero chances of promotion. He WASN'T given a termination - disciplanary or otherwise. He QUIT because he couldn't take the stares from his coworkers, and because (rightly) no one trusted him. NO company punishment for his actions - NOT EVEN A PAY CUT!!!! "Because of is age he is having difficulty finding a job..." Must be inside 2 or three years of retirement. No qusetion the excuse given at all the places he has applied to, even the part time and day job companies is: "sorry. you're over qualified." since they can't say "Sorry. You're too old. If we hired you, you'll quit as soon as you hit retirement age. We will have to go through the hiring and training headaches again inside 3 years. Not worth it. Sorry." without opening themselves to an age discrimination lawsuit. Can't get a job, and close to retirement? Bite the bullet and take early retirement at 62. You'll lose about half or more of your retirement benefit, but that syre beats starving to deeth. Didn't that arrogant (Yuji?) Tanaka thing save for his retirement over the last 20 odd years of his working career, like any "sane" person with a good income does?!?😮 👎🤬 super soft ending for the Tanaka thing. DISGUSTING🤬👎

@@CollinMac96 Well, I stopped watching those after I realized that all those company stories always go with that same story system. - MC is mistreated or fired from the company, usually by some too confident jerk. - MC meets old female friend / some other CEO and either joins other company or starts his own, which always turns out successful, even top one. - Some time later, old company start to fail a lot, of course because godly MC left, and he was doing half of the work, and people who left are incompetent. So it is bought by MC's company, this being a scene when MC shows off how brilliant and successful he was, and how bad it was of previous people to fire or mistreat him. - The fate of the antagonist is always the same. Fired, sued, broke, living in a poor place, working in a poor place, having a debt etc. - MC and his old friend / his CEO starts dating Many details often change, but the general story usually goes like that.
