I know it's all for the 'drama' of everything, but really, how the heck did Yuji just waltz right into a company building time and time again? Like Keiichi was working with Nao and not with Yuji, and there weren't really any meetings set up between any of them, so how was Yuji just able to come in so much? Wouldn't security kick him out before he could even get into the main building, much less reach where president Keiichi was?? Did they just plain didn't think to ask about why this other guy from the same company was coming by so much when Nao was always perfectly able to do her job?

Honestly, I don't think he helped him cover up for Yuji. I really don't think he knew until the investigation was done and Yuji's bad work practices came to light. If there's one thing I can say about the manager, it's that he was simply quite incompetent and the position gave him was far beyond his abilities.
