Did he think HR is dumb enough not to at least investigate the matter? My only gripe about this is they didn't act fast enough that Keiichi ends up quitting and moved to another company.
Also, Keiichi himself should at least talk to HR about it, at least before quitting. I mean, getting yourself transferred because mistakes is common thing, but changing your job field completely is obvious abuse of power.
that's the thing about these stories you can tell the person never really worked in a office lol. They always make the internal safe's and such seem so massively bad at they job you start to question how said company would work.
HR only cares about the company's rep, not the employees working for the company. It's pretty much a double-edged sword; they're great when the company heads actually care about their employees and not play favorites, but not so great when crawling with jackasses like "Mr" Honda.
