Everyone is doing Lily Silk or Sezane sponsorships right now, and I'm sooooo over it lol BUT I'm still here watching for support (and also inspo!) Hope your move went well!
A lot of people have issues with lily silk… I was actually going to buy something from them, but looking at trustpilot, I was a hard no. And I know some who had terrible experiences.
This seems to happen in every niche. There are the Lily Silk creators, the Factor creators, the AG1 creators, the Surf Shark/Nord VPN creators, the Blinkist creators, the Earth Breeze creators. Either they are blasting all of YT or, that they show up in so many videos means the marketers know what niche they want to Target!
100%! I was actually going to place an order, but then I honestly got over them with all the sponsorships on literally every single video. Their sizing is also not inclusive at all. Something about those things cheapened the experience for me. I'm happy Christina's AD wasn't most of the video like the other ones though!
I just wanted to share that although my style is quite different from yours (feminine, polished, bold colour, and fitted), I still get so much out of your videos. The ideas and inspiration transcend these differences. I can take the ideas of proportion, shape, texture, adjusting how I wear things so that they feel more like me and run with them... just as you have done, but in very different directions!😊
I think this would be a great series for how to take something that isn’t in your style adjectives and make it work. I tend to lean more romantic and feminine and struggle to make more masculine things work.
I really loved these outfit ideas! I have a similar style and can definitely recreate some of these looks, so thank you for sharing! I love the green silk top! Absolutely beautiful!💗
omg I LOVE the silky pants with that top idea! I've had a top like that in my collection that I've been debating on whether to keep for like a year because I didn't know how to style it in a cool way, but now I'm definitely keeping it around seeing as I also already own all the other pieces the outfit needs.
Christina it’s been so much fun to see how you tweek pieces until you feel comfortable in your skin. I find this extra mindfulness while dressing is what allows me to feel at ease and in the moment as the day goes on because I’m not fussing with my clothing and all feels good, and intentional. I’ve learned to give myself that time, which takes practice and planning. ❤
Love to see the different styles you put together here. I like how you made the silk items look more casual and less fussy. I think to balance the proportion a little I’d try a tank or a more form fitting tee with the maxi skirt. I did like pairing the cap and sunglasses with it. Thanks for sharing all of your ideas. Lastly I tuned into your podcast last week. I love the dynamic the three of you have. ❤
Another amazing video! I especially love this format because it gives me so many ideas on how I can implement similar pieces of my wardrobe into some of these looks. Thanks Christina!!
Awesome! Def do what feels best! I prefer slimmer shoes mostly bc I feel it makes me feel dragged down, but it’s tottttalllly about the vibe you want to feel. Super personal!
I discovered ur chanel last year and gain so many info and lesson, wow finally 201k subs congrats 🎉🎉🎉 thank you for your video Christina, love love.❤❤❤
Christina love your style of your videos so so much and I really love your earings so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you have a best weekend 💗💫🤗
I love your creativity, we have very different aesthetics and I love to lean into the feminine style but also love grungy and classic pieces like you do. I think one of the things I will do for fall is jean or leather jacket dress or skirt and sneakers or combat boots Or do a cargo pant with flip flops and a dressier top - the way that the trends are now I know what works for me I am inspired to just play around with what I have.
You have definitely inspired me to embrace the minimal-ish style! I’m curious about your height because you look awesome in oversized everything. I’m quite petite and clothes can swallow me, so the baggy, slim, skin balance is a good note to take away!
Thanks for all of the great ideas and your great eye for style! I think with a few of the outfits, a nice pair of Converse instead of sandals or flats would have worked just as well. What do you think?
I enjoyed this a LOT! Most of my tops (95%) are more tailored--less feminine in style-- so watching you "adapt" a blouse or shirt really has me thinking about what I could "feminize" in my closet--haha! Thank you for your creative content! More "combo" content please 😁
Okay, is anyone else FULLY sick of Lilysilk at this point? It's in every flipping video I watch anymore. I'd probably be less annoyed if they weren't always out of stock all of the time.
Love the video but have yet to find a silk piece that doesn’t hold a stain (organic material or water). Pretty much given up on being able to wear silk day to day.
Love the outfits, but I'm always so annoyed when my trousers drag over the floor. It ruins them in no time 😕 How do you combat that? Are you pulling them up a little bit when you actually go out? Or are you taking that risk? Me curious 😊
I hope the pageant tie goes away quickly 😅 My daughter's formula for putting outfits together is a balance of fitted and loose. If she wears a form fitting top, she will wear something baggy on the bottom and, if she wears something tight on the bottom like leggings, she'll wear a baggy top. I like your addition of showing some skin too but that's not always possible during our Canadian winters!
some pants are really cool, but I would be uncomfortably hot in our weather in them. I wear shorts, skirts of dresses and no long sleeves, or I would die sweating :D
Oh NO YOU DIDNT just tight roll your pant! I love that you just did that💗😂 bringing me back to 1993 and loving every minute of it! I really enjoy ur videos!
@@Christinamychas I just watched your other video about impulse buying so I will NOT be buying those Levi’s!!! Lol!! I don’t need another pair of jeans! 😜
I usually LOVE your ideas but none of these outfits resonated with me… 7 and 8 weren’t bad but the rest were terrible honesty. I extremely disliked the oversized blazer with wide leg bottoms and pointy shoes with wide legs. Not a look anyone can pull off imo
Happy Sunday beauties! Let me know if you want to see more outfit videos like this! I had a lot of fun playing dress up ❤
@christinamychas have you ever tried One Quince/if so what are your thoughts?

Yea…. It’s annoying how everyone’s contract overlaps….. like, can’t Lily Silk spread out their sponsorships? 😂

Although we have completely different styles, I appreciate all your wardrobe tips and authenticity. Thank you for sharing! 💕

really loved this one, will be trying all of them in my own style and saving this to my playlists 🤗😃💗 thank you!
thanks for the easy outfit ideas!
The last Outfit is my favorite😮and i Love the Outfit with the green blouse😍
Loved you best in the black mock tank and navy silk pants! Great video😍
I just bought a few Levi’s rib cage jeans. Wearing wide leg or oversized denim I prefer chunkier footwear. Somehow I feel like the balance is better.
Awesome! Def do what feels best! I prefer slimmer shoes mostly bc I feel it makes me feel dragged down, but it’s tottttalllly about the vibe you want to feel. Super personal!
I LOVE all the fits omg
So helpful!!!
I really liked outfit #4. About the other outfits I dont really care for super baggy pants or tube tops. Too 90's for me.
I discovered ur chanel last year and gain so many info and lesson, wow finally 201k subs congrats 🎉🎉🎉 thank you for your video Christina, love love.❤❤❤

i really love how your style develops!
Me too! It’s a lot of fun! Thank you!
Fantastic ideas! 🎉
You almost lost me at the first outfit but i am glad i stayed because i really loved the 2nd outfit and the others as well
She lost me at 7 half tucked long shirt I don't understand that look it's like you just came out of the bathroom and missed to fix the shirt 😂
Love your TV stand! New apartment tour, please 😊

5’5!
combo 5 was IT! 🎉🎉🎉

Yep!
Love the skirt outfit! 🤍

Love all the tops. The baggy pants not so much.
you look so good in that skirt. love the way you styled ,very cool look
Love the video but have yet to find a silk piece that doesn’t hold a stain (organic material or water). Pretty much given up on being able to wear silk day to day.
😭 I understand! Thank you for watching!
Love the outfits, but I'm always so annoyed when my trousers drag over the floor. It ruins them in no time 😕 How do you combat that? Are you pulling them up a little bit when you actually go out? Or are you taking that risk? Me curious 😊
I do pull them up a bit or tuck the back into my socks - the front still puddles over for a chill vibe so you can’t really see it 🥰
@Chrstinamychas I love your content! Where did you get your sunglasses?
Rayban wayfarer!
I hope the pageant tie goes away quickly 😅

I hear ya! Looser silhouettes in the summer for me or melting haha
Video idea/request: what to wear to a semiformal wedding, without shopping (much)!
Ok! 🫶🫶
Can u pls link both of your baggy jeans , please !!
They’re in the description ❤️❤️
Yep, love the suggestions but can't wear silk since I found out how it's made 🙁
@@Madiannereid Really? Thanks - maybe that's closer to how I thought it was being made!
Mulberry silk like this is better. It’s still environmentally terrible, though
What size are you wearing in the Lilysilk PJ bottoms? Thanks!
Small!
The link for the black thong sandals (similar) redirects to Lilysilk FYI! ❤️
Oops! They’re mango!
Oh NO YOU DIDNT just tight roll your pant! I love that you just did that💗😂 bringing me back to 1993 and loving every minute of it! I really enjoy ur videos!
If I didn't live in England (the rainiest place on Earth!) I'd wear long, baggy trousers everyday 😢
What kind of baggy Levi’s jeans are those??? Please provide the style name? Thanks!!
balloon xl! i linked a few spots that still have them
@@Christinamychas I just watched your other video about impulse buying so I will NOT be buying those Levi’s!!! Lol!! I don’t need another pair of jeans! 😜

I saw a bit of a CP-vibe in your new style formulas ;-)
Yes yes CMC all day!

TFS. I’d love a silk top, buy Lily Silk does not provide Petite size.
I’m 5’0 and find there wrinkle free blouse to be petite friendly 😊

Are you really wearing this kind of stuff in normal life? 🥳
Yep!
The outfit with the skirt was my favorite 😍
