Its also has an inverse H&S pattern that might likely play out and get it to 2600 points. The chart shows there will be a very sharp decline in IXIC after making inverse H&S target of 18500 points. Small companies would not be able to adjust loans and benefit from expected rate cuts.. the rate cut is yet to affect actual earnings..
