It is an awesome one off product for building huge arm muscle fast without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got great results with it.

I've been doing these three after my chiseled workout since doing the biceps challenge. Today I applied some of the philosophy of the Series 6 Chiseled workouts to my biceps routine. My pythons are burning! BTW: my girlfriend refers to them as pythons now. Haha. Thanks, Blake.
Can you easily shorten the bands. Once I add handles they are too long to do standing curls.
Do you suggest doing the exercises as fast as you did? Doesn’t seem like there’s much time under tension for your muscle. How many reps and sets? Thanks.
It depends. You should always mix up the reps. If you do reps fast you must do a high number of reps to get the TUT

I like the 3 that USG mentioned. Instead of overhead I would add the froward triceps push with the door anchor at the mid point of the door: bodylastics.com/exercises/forward-triceps-extension/

Great exercises! Where do you buy that door attachment? Also, men can get larger muscles because of testosterone so for a woman with having lower testosterone levels what could benefit her alongside these exercises?
Make sure you get enough sunlight or supplement with vitamin D and enough sleep and make sure your diet is on point. Ofcourse you will make less progress than a man but still decent for maintaining health.
I keep reading that it is impossible to put on size with bands. I put on size easy with weights and have not had any real gains with bands myself and I haven't missed a day in 3 months. I also allow 2 to 3 days of rest in between for biceps.
I mix calisthenics with bands and a vest and I'm getting gains people said you couldn't

Where do i get door fasteners
I use bands when I'm at home and don't go to the gym and found that the problem with using bands is that it's almost impossible to (a) work on the negative (which is very important for muscle growth) and, (b) keep tension in the muscle at the very bottom of movements (where the band has very little stretch and ergo resistance left but a 20lbs dumbbell is still 20lbs). I'd recommend bands as an alternative but not as a replacement for free weights if you have access to them.

Actually it will. If you have multiple bands. Or even a single band. It will tone as you grow. Gotta add more resistance tho or you won't get the results you want.

Bands tone and build muscle depending on how you are using them
That's not true, bands will have constant tension unlike wieghts, they also call for stabilizing making your whole arm work, tearing at different spots making it strengthen in weak areas. The best is to attach bands to wieghts.
I rotate bands weekly with weights. Builds big strong biceps. Undoubtedly

I have Capelli sport resistance bands. Those are not the best brands to get. They are weak.

Totally incorrect anytime that you band the arm you are hitting both muscles in the the Biceps, It has been PROVEN with electrical activity monitors
