Front right suspension was replaced with a new unit, however rear suspensions have invalid behaviour where back of the car literally jumps when crossing over the speed bump. - Zábava
the problem is that a Bosnian is driving a Citroen xD
Sto si ti neki puno pametan djecak.
Looks like rear spheres need re-gassing. Might even be a blown membrane.
this is a typical problem with the height regulator. it also occurs in other hydropneumatic Citroens, other causes are worn suspension spheres, too low level of the LHM oil, leakage of the high pressure piping system, or defective sensors.
you have too high lifted the back of the car, it's not the fault of the spheres better ride to the site reset the height of suspension
probably equalizer position of suspension

In my opinion, it looks like you car wasn't in a normal position from the beginning. Or was it? Looks like it was set at least one step higher than normal. I noticed that mine gets a lot stiffer if it is not set on normal. Did you found out what the problem was?
Rear axle is too high, didnt you scratched your back somewhere? The height corrector can be damaged or with bat setting. Also there need to be checked. When you push the rear boot to the ground with hands, it must be floaty nice and soft suspension. If not = service.
Is that problem already solved? If not you need to go to a Citroën repair center. I had a similar problem, the hidraulic pump broke and had to be replaced. Then had to be reprogrammed, and the hights measured, and reajusted. So, this is no job for amateurs... Good luck and enjoy your fantastic car!
Have you solved it?
Hello, I have exactly the same problem but on my left rear wheel. The suspensions are in normal position and the other 3 suspensions have a normal reaction. The car is 2015 and has 48,000 km. Do you have any idea of the breakdown? Thank you very much.
Looks like back is too high. Leveling issue (you need to calibrate with lexia or in citroen garage) or worn back sphere.
Or the pressure in the whole system in the rear suspension is blocked somehow. Maby some valves don't want to open or sth. You have to find someone with an appropriate knowledge about this kind of suspension.
Blimey, my mk1 C5 rides better than that and it's 16 years old with a 137,000 miles on the clock. Something's not right in the Hydraulics I would imagine.
Druze, jesi li uspeo srediti ovo..?
Same problem, did you solve the problem?
This video is FAKE.
Every Citroen behaves that way, if it has Hydractiv suspension and it's set in higher position, like that car on the video. I have the same model of that car with that type of suspension and I clearly see that it's on higher position of suspension.
That position is meant to be used only when going slowly over high obstacles, deep water etc. It's *NOT* to be used during normal driving, because natural consequence of lifting or lowering that suspension is that it becames much stiffer.
True, but it could also be a defective hight-regulator on the rear side, this is common with various types of hydro pneumatic Citroens, or could also be caused by defective sensors. The Hydro active-2 and 3 models have a computer that manages the hight and adjusts in real-time. From version 2 and onwards is also interesting to know that if you ride the car in different setting than normal, and your speed is higher than 10 km/h, the suspension will return to normal setting automatically, although that might take a couple of seconds to complete. Like you said: It is NEVER recommended to drive faster than 10 km/h when a different suspension level is selected. 💪🏼
maby u need to change the spheres?
I'm not to familiar with technical details, but I'm hopping this could be spheres issue, as they are much cheaper then the entire suspension unit. I've sent this video to couple of Citroen services today and waiting for reply. Thanks for commenting.
Hi. Did you have a chance to fix the problem? Not sure if youre still driving a car,but I am curious about it,was it the spheres or something else? Big thanks, greetings.

Car in slow motion doesn't mean that it will bump slowly video was slow not the car try at 5 kmph in india you won't be able to drive your car everytime you'll bump and you will land on another bumper😂
A tu résolu le problème ?
Hello guys. Anyone sorted this problem? I changed almost everything without results… i didnt checked the spheres yet … but if someone solved let me know thanks
Meme problème à tu résolus le problème ?

you have back too high ... this is no problem with sphere ... check height
back and also front is too high, set to normal and try again. if in this case this is the normal setting then sell it and buy a peugeot:-)
Either your height correctors are seized or have been moved. It is definitely too high or the system was not bled properly when you had the front unit replaced.
@@antonopoulosthanasis No, when that is the case just replace the spheres. Way cheaper than replacing it with a Peugeot 😂
