Does the motorcycle outfit protect you from the virus or did you have to inject the antidote to be able to just drag Owen cage without a hazmat suit ?
What i would usually do is simply lets the virus spread for the ultimate exp farm

Couldn't you theoretically get Silent Assassin in a kill everyone challenge in Patient Zero?
Yes and no. You can absolutely infect everyone in the level and go wild, especially after H2 made it so you can still get SA if you kill a target who witnessed you. However, there's an NPC who's stuck out of bounds, and it's impossible to infect him.
@@CassidyCope Oh yeah, I forgot about Kokoro. Do NPCs get infected if an unconscious body that's infected touches them? I wonder if there's some way to launch a body at Kokoro and infect him. That, or somehow reach him out of bounds but I think that's impossible.
@@CricetoFunni Even if you could, he's wearing a hazmat suit. A true SA KEC isn't possible.
@@CassidyCope Oh yeah, that's true. Still, a SA Kill Mostly Everyone Challenge is good enough for me.
@@CassidyCopeI mean that just sounds like it should easily be solved by the exact kind of logic behind a certain Doom UVmax speedrun. Way back when, some dude made a slaughtermap called "nuts" with a whole 2 rooms and 10,617 monsters. It isn't physically possible to kill all of them without running in circles for 23 straight days at 0.28 fps (yes these numbers are real), so the official rankings count 92% kills as 100%
Since Kokoro is not actually accessible from in the map and totally impossible to infect or in any way interact with through gameplay, existing solely for giving the "non target killed" message for tossing a heart in the bin, I think not counting him for 100% kills SA is totally acceptable.
