My Echo PB-500T sucks down a lot of fuel as well. But it does run full throttle 90% of the time it's running. Husqvarna seems to do pretty well with there blowers, especially when they were linked up with Kawasaki. The Husqvarnas and the Redmax counterparts are assembled in the same location (Nashville,AR) and the engines are shipped in from China.
The cfm and rpm vary up and down with different models but they don't always go up together as you move up the line. Husqvarna has another number. I don't know what it is called but combines cfm and mph for a " how well it blows" number. It allows you compare models within their line.
I agree with it all. I have a 2 year old 150bt. It's ok (junk lol) to falls apart all the time tubes wise and all that but I will say that thing never goes past the second pull on me and that's just because it siting. If I've started it that day I won't need to prime or choke until it sits over night. I haven't taken that screen off yet. I want a 600 too but like you said this thing works and I'm not full time anyway
+Mow's Lawn & Iron I agree bud.I have and always give credit where its due.hard to do being a stihl man lolol/Mine runs so much better without the screen.it was semi stopped up.I was gonna clean it and said screw it and took em all out of every machine i have
I have a 350 and when I press the throttle it bogs down but when I hold a throttle halfway in it revs up to medium, I'm not sure if it has any adjustment screws because I haven't looked. Because someone help me with some information on why bogs down when I press the throttle all the way in?
Usually can or exhaust. Several steps. First inspect fuel lines for cracks etc. Inside the tank as well. Remove and check spark arrestor. Also check spark strength. Try a new plug. Also old stopped up air filter. None of that works clean carbon from muffler or inspect it. Take off the card and inspect or clean main filter.check diaphragm etc. Check jets for flow. Do those then message again
@@stepurlifegameup245 I know this is a year ago but for anyone else who comes across this. He means it clogs from the 2 stroke oil, and the screens are there for emissions and to knock the sound down. Getting rid of them should give you a slight power increase but they will be louder and pollute more.
You know high performance 2 stroke engines like a lot of fuel compared to a grocery getter 4 cycle.....lolA br600? I thought you said upgrade....hahaha
No, it is not, this is just a 50cc blower for homeowner use. Commercial blowers usually have 65cc or larger engines and prices start around $800.00 Another hint is if you bought it at a big box store, its for home use. I don't know of any big box store that sells the brands and engine sizes that the professional landscapers use.
Thanks for the review man. Really helps!

Do they all use chinese motors now? I have had a redmax for several years and it still runs strong.

Neutrons, the 350 has one more Neutron then the 150
2 cycle motors are always going to drink fuel. I agree with the cruise control. I've turned off the blower many times by mistake.
Why don't you get the biggest husk of arnold lyft blur on the market
you think she sucks gas ...you should see her big brother redmax 8500...its like a highschool kid doing a keg stand

4ceof5pades nothing to do with pollution or loudness. They are called spark arrestors. Do not get caught without them installed in a national forest.
