I am also planning to use my old 2022 Day Free planner as part of my 2024 planner line up. I decided to not buy a Hobonichi cousin. because there is a different planner that I wanted to try, but I still wanted to keep daily pages but I didn’t want the pressure of predated pages.
Same thoughts/feels on pre-dated pages for functional on-the-go dailies! And I think that’s the charm of the Day-Free… you can use it any year you want 😁 I have an even older Day-Free that I’m still using as a research journal!
I love the way you are using the day free! I am definitely looking to use this with my Weeks mega but cannot decide if I should go with one or two planners for the year
Thank you 😊 the weeks mega can definitely be a daily planner too (notes pages). You can split the notes pages for even more space. Alternatively, you can do a weeks mega “avec”. You can have 2 weeks/weeks mega in one year 😁

Yayyy! I hope you like the Opanchu Usagi cover. I’m loving that it is super lightweight! Moonbyul is 💖 I think that one of the best things about a new setup is choosing a PC for the planner lols!!!
I’m curious! How do you set up a layout for your work? I work in higher ed and I find it so hard to see work schedule layouts (that isn’t going to uni classes). Do you have any recs of potential work planner layouts or flip throughs? But for those in higher ed?
A great system! ❤ I, too, have an on the go planner because I can’t imagine losing my Daily Driver Weeks (bec I used to micro journal there as well). I bring what I can afford to lose (data and privacy-wise 😅)
