This is our traditional folk music played with symphonic orchestra , at the beginnig it is traditional Turkish SAZ / BAĞLAMA , it looks dombra , Kazakhs are Turkic people , our instruments are similar , also our language is similar , we speak different dialects of Turkish , Turks roots are from central Asia and we are relatives with Turkic countries from Central Asia.

Turks are not from the middle east and Turkic blood is not middle eastern and not mixed. All of Muslim majority countries are neither arab nor irani. Not similar culture ever. Don’t get me wrong monsieur, I am overwhelmed of prejudiced comments of others (usually pure-minded bigot igno-ra(t)nts and ev-il minded orientalist idi-oots). They are different cultures each other like Portuguese and China. And no one say to Portugueses "you are Chineses, cannot denied." in every single day, even when Chineses imitated the "Amália Rodrigues' fados" all day in Shangai...
İndia countries were under the dominition of Turkic Babur Empire more than 300 years. Arabic countries were under the dominition of Ottoman Empire more than 400 years. Not the other way round. They were learned and imitated -little bit- this kind of singing styles from Turks. (Plus: Music was a one of the "Big Sins" for wahhabis for long centuries.)
Phonetically Turkic Languages doesn't share similar intonations with Arabic or Persian. We are in Ural-Altai linguistic family. Arabs have Semitic language. Persians are İndo-European. Also, our life style, culture and world view are so different from them. Religion? All Christians are Mormons?
Also geographically, Any Turkic country is not in the middle east. Middle east is technically, south of Mediterranean between north of Sub-saharan.
Our non-se-xist Turkic Language is a very ancient language going back 5500 to 8500 years. It has a phonetic, morphological and syntactic structure, and at the same time it possesses a rich vocabulary. (In 6 Independent Republic and a lot of autonomous republics and regions) We seems like Europeans but we are Asians like Hungary and Finland. And we Turkic peoples proud of to be Asian. We looks like different phenotypes. (You can see at looking Dimash's family and friends.) But, we are not mixed counterintuitively. We have our own DNA and old antic historia. Turkic tribes seems different each other from the beginning. Multicultural marriages were not being common in history and day. A Turk from Balkans has same culture and language with a Central Asian Turk. Differences are, regional practice variations, phenotypes and dialects.

Postscript: Kazakh "dombra" and Turkish "bağlama" or "saz" are both of the most commonly used string Turkic folk instrument. The dombra has two strings and the bağlama has seven strings. The musical scale of them differs from that of many western instruments - such as the guitar - in that it features ratios that are close to quarter tones. Turkic classical music and folk music are in the "diatonic scale". Escuchádlo en su versión de SUMMERTIME de GEORGE GERSWIN en una actuación en 2018. Empieza cantando en falsetto voice y acaba por cantar como Louis Amstrong. Tiene una voz privilegiada. Lo sé porque soy soprano, a nivel amateur, he cantado en corales en Barcelona y reconozco el talento. 😊

- Also every time he says the "of of" or "uf uf" he's literally sighing- to say he's tired or that he has no will in him left.
- Very melancholic but very powerful vocals by Cem Adrian (pronounded -Jem Adrian) and the original Folk Singer Ali Kiziltug.
- The orchestra is respectively allowing the Baglama (also known as Saz) to be very clear (utmost respect them 👏) as its very important/more popular in the original genre to only have the singer and the instrument.

Fazıl Say who is the most known world class classical music Turkish pianist was found him when he worked at cafe, and couraged him to perform with a orchestra. Fazil Say said that he has (Cem Adrian) 7 octave vocal range and his vocal cord three time longer than a normal person. So you should listen this performance its amazing. Video name is: Fazıl Say & Cem Adrian - Uzun İnce Bir Yoldayım (Live Bilkent). By the way the instrument you ask is 'bağlama', its an Anatolian folk instrument, not any bond with arabic, it has Asian roots.

Değişik duygular içindeyim,bu güzel eseri bize kazandıran değerli ozanımız Ali Kızıltuğa borçluyuz.Işıklar içinde uyuyusun yattığı yer incitmesin,Öff Öff türküsünü 1982 senesinde dinlemiştim şöyle o zamanlar akrabalarımızın çoğu Suudi Arabistan da çalışıyordu Değerli ozanımız Ali Kızıltuğ da orada çalışıyormuş izine gelen gelen bir akrabamız Ali Kızıltuğun orada doldurduğu bir kaset getirdi içinde bu öff öff türküsü de var hangi evde çalıyorsa kadınlar kızlar hüngür hüngür ağlıyor, o zamanlar 17 yaşındaydım niye bu kadar ağlıyorlar diye söyleniyordum öff öff türküsünü başa sar tekrar dinle kasetçalar olan evde hep bu türküyü dinleniyordu.
