With the SAND-ETH both has to be balanced all the time right? Or can I just leave it like that and let it work? I heard pools are super dangerous and I want to figure out how to use them correctly in that case with SAND and ETH
Enjoyed watching both your vids on staking with ETH and Poly. Having trouble deciding if it's really worth it vs just hodl'ing SAND. I have a nice little chunk of SAND from the Alpha but all the gas fees necessary to stake regardless of which network.... How long would you need to stake for to recover the costs. Plus having to tie up a decent chunk of ETH or MATIC as well.
It's really a question of how much you stake relative to the total pool and your "share of total supply". Your points are always worth considering. If you like to sell when prices are high then just holding the coins liquid is probably the smarter choice. If you want residual rewards that add to your balance LP is the way.
How much profits does a $1000 investment make ?
Can you make a video on how to take your money out? I have done a test amount on both Poly & ETH but only seen my earning showing up on poly gone. Have you had this issue?

Yeah i have tried to withdraw my funds, but all of my ETH and SAND is locked in the LP, I have no idea how to pull the LP out

It has not been mentioned by The SANDbox at this time. Also the ETH/SAND nft situation was a little frustrating. I've received 2 NFT's yet staked for 4.
do you now how we can move our sand from the game, to other wallet?(for the once who want to sell them)
My advice is not to sell SAND right now, in about 1 year more will have an x5 at less!

If I stake my SANDs from a cold wallet like Nano Ledger, will I loose the private keys?
The SAND would be staked on the SANDBox contract. So there is risk here in that sense. I personally have faith in SANDbox and their team. Its exchanges that scare me the most and where I will not keep assets

🚀 I've kept majority of my SAND. What I had at the time of MATIC staking was take my SAND I had just sitting their and staked on POLYGON network. Now I will hold for awhile. Being a LAND owner I feel there is incentive and more reason to hold as the game develops.

I’ve done giveaways of WAX blockchain FUNKO card nft assets. It’s hard on YT because of no real messaging system and wallet addresses get blocked
What's the APY for sand/eth LP pool? Do you get back sand or eth as LP reward? And do you get NFT as reward as well?
Currently the APY has been around 65-75% with the release of Matic staking. You receive SAND as rewards. I’ve only received 2 NFTs when I should have 4. Sandbox won’t reply to me about this
$SAND is gonna go up in 2022... if you ever plan to withdraw your stacked SAND, you will be experiencing impermanent loss..so might as well just hold I think :)
The goal is always to HOLD. It’s an investment. My rewards is my cash flow. Cash flow is how you eat
Why we would be experiencing permanent loss if price goes up?
You should be doing this on Polygon layer 2 Etherium not on Layer 1. You will be trapped by fees.
Check out the video just before this one. I actually set this up back in July when the layer 2 poly wasn’t an option. Yes, this amount plus all rewards will get withdrawn at same time. Most likely when forced.
Do not put your money in this. You have to convert your matic and sand tokens into the liquidity token UNI V2..when you try to convert your uni v2 it’s worthless, I lost 75%. Worst staking I ever tried.
Hey John, rather than Delete your comment I figured I'd just show that I pay attention to the comments and my community of watchers. I updated the description of this video weeks ago because the SAND-ETH pair is no longer a thing. I'm also not sure why you are mentioning MATIC and UniV2 in the same conversation. It's apparent you shouldn't be staking as you don't understand. Please research staking a little more before jumping into these options.
@@LifeAsDane yes but I assume he had to claim his UNI-V2 that was earned in the SAND/ETH pool when the pool was discontinued. How do you swap it for eth? You can't in MM.
