I was playing call of duty on my ps5 and my ultra gear suddenly went black and now it turns on but it won’t display the no signal or the control center when I press the button on the bottom of it
This black screen hapaned to me suddenly. Straight conneciton to tv, using the ps5 hdmi cable that came with it, nothing in between. Suddenly in 4lk screen went black. UJsing safe mode upot to 1440p works, but for some reason 4k mode makes black screen every time now wtf. KG C2 oled. I am luckyt, I literally just beat Spiderman MIles MOralius, literally finshed it, then scren went black, lucky me I did not lose progress.
My issue is that when I boot up a game (last of us part 1) it automatically reduces the resolution. I'm not sure how it fix it. With all other games the resolution looks great

So the way I fixed it was by turning of 120fps. In the display settings. I think some games only have 120fps at 1080p. I normally play in 4k which why I noticed a huge difference in resolution
Hey sorry I’m a bit late but what I did to fix it was turn off 120hz output and ALLM (automatic low latency mode) in the video output settings
Had to unplug my smart tv for couple seconds and got to work also had my ps5 unplugged plugged tv back in started that up then my ps5 and worked after trying safe mode 8 times
Literally all i had to do after all evening of stressing out from other problems on my end. Unplug the tv.. thanks for the heads up

Change video output won’t work. I can get sound but image. This tv is hrd ready but it will work on my normal hd tv

@@missydarkness4492 turn off PS5. Hold power button on ps5 until it beeps 2x. Plug in controller and turn it on. This shoot boot you into the safe mode menu
