Knowing that u sent the messages from ur official accounts makes the people drop their guards and not think about it that much but the real test ,i think, is will it actually work if you send them from new and inofficial accounts, will they fall for it if it's just ur voice?

If someone calls you or sends you a voice message that you immediately recognise and know who the person is, there is now a very real possibility that it's not that person at all...

This only works because they literally have no reason to not trust the accounts and other credentials. And the voice sounds close to yours. So they might think you don’t really sound normal but that’s not a reason to just not talk or call someone out.

You should've had tried to contact these youtubers from them unknown accounts and sent the trade offers from unknown steam accounts and then see what they would do. By saying it's for a video or something that way they might just fall for it.

I think the real problem could be false advertising in the future like if sparkles would advertise a scammy website it would seem legitimate and you only need a channel called sparkles highlights or sth and a few followers which you can buy cheap and get away with it really easy.
