I'm telling BOTH people.
If I'm friends with a couple and they both came to me in confidence about something going on in their relationship and one half of that couple is about to MORTIFY the other person...I'm telling BOTH parties involved!
To him:
"Hey, man, listen. (*Insert female name here*) is planning on breaking up with you. IDK if you still wanna go through with this party but maybe hold off for now and talk to your girlfriend. She's not happy."
To her:
"Before you break up with him and embarrass him, you need to know that he's planning a romantic surprise for you. So before you go through with the break up, talk to him and let him know BEFOREHAND and tell him how you're truly feeling and that you're not happy."
In this situation, it seems best to speak with one of them and hint at what is going on instead of straight up betraying the trust of the other person.

In my scenario, I'm not betraying anyone's trust.
If you're friends with me, PLUS the guy I'm dating and he told you that he planned on breaking up with me...and I'm here thinking everything is fine in our relationship so to show my appreciation, I plan a romanic getaway and YOU KNOW he plans on dumping me....I would hope that as my friend, my friend would be 100% HONEST with me, kept it REAL with me, kept it 💯 and STRAIGHTFOWARD with me and tell me about how my BF plans on breaking up with me!
I would hope that as my friend, my friend wouldn't beat around the bush and have me looking like a mortified fool!
Normally (*on a personal level*), if I'm friends with a couple and they BOTH tell me things in confidence, in regards to the other person in their relationship, depending on what it is, I typically WOULDN'T say anything to betray anyone's trust and I normally would just keep it either to myself all together or with the ONE person in question.
In THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION, I would also hope that my friend talk to my BF and gave him a heads-up that I'm planning a romanic getaway and that if he had any RESPECT for me, my friend would tell him to come talk to me so he can tell me how he's feeling!
I can see how it may "look like" I'm ‘betraying’ someone's trust but I'm actually not. ESPECIALLY if I'm friends with BOTH people involved!
The one doing the planning can ALWAYS plan SOMETHING ELSE in the future....IF the couple in question decides to stay together.
@@marissa._ In this scenario, I think you should talk to one person then let them handle the situation with their partner. Going back and forth seems messy. If you come to me and tell me that that my partner is going to break up with me, I do not need you to then go to my partner and tell them that I am planning a surprise for them. Likewise, if you come to me and tell me that my partner is planning a surprise for me, I do not need you to then go to my partner and tell them that I am going to break up with them. I can handle it from there.
to be honest with the birthday situation. I guess you can call me petty, because I’ve surely gotten mad at my best friends for not wishing me a happy birthday. Like you’re my best friend. 🙄 how do you forget that?? Especially if we share the same birthday month! It might come off as petty or immature, BUT I’ll be that. I just feel birthdays are a time to celebrate your birth year, your friends birth year, family, parents, best friends, etc.
My friend called me to cry and complain about her husband… and I haven’t talked to her since… as in… she hasn’t called me.
Did the two of you talk about your birthday as it got closer? Sometimes life happens, and you do not fully process the date.
@@gaila.9852 well honestly sometimes I do forget when her actually birth date and idk know why, but then I remember her and my aunt share the same exact day of birth! So that helps me as well, plus when it’s out birthday month (January) we talk about it. Since her birthday is a week before mines. Plus we’ve been friends since like middle school days. And yes I can get that if sometimes they forget, so I can understanding of that …a bit. But what probably makes it more hurtful in a way is that I love to make everyone’s birthday special. Even if it’s small, I like to show that it matters. And I’ve realized that everyone doesn’t think the same way I do ( which is something I’m learning to accept) but sometimes it does suck. But we talk about it. Even certain family members, don’t even wish me a happy birthday. I try to not let that bother me as well, but it does.

@@gaila.9852 thank you. I’m just grateful for the ones who actually say it and that is what means the most to me. Yeah I’ll be bother, upset, mad, or angry about it…but eventually I move past it. As I do become older they are some things I am realizing with mindfulness and all I care about right now is showing myself that appreciation and self love. And loving others who loves me. Family or not. That’s genuinely how I see it. It might sound a bit off or whatever, but it is what it is.

2. Why is people talking about canceling the show in the comments section of other videos?
A blog broke the news last week about the show being canceled, they were also correct about Wendy Williams and Nick Cannon being cancelled on Fox. But Loni says the studio hasn’t told them yet.
because it's a business and it pays them, also faithful fans want to watch. 2. The final decision about the show hasn't been made yet
About the first question, they’re on a break right now. But they’re preparing for new season with Jeannie back
1. These aren’t old shows… any content that u see that has Jeannie is NEW cuz we’ve never seen these episodes before ! But they were taped both before & during her maternity leave ! Her official return is in a few weeks !
2.) There is no official decision on whether or not the show is cancelled… it’ll probably be negotiations and sponsors and things and contracts and things to take into consideration before officially cancelling this show !
@@kieraray2250 but here’s the thing those decisions were made and announced within 48 hours ! It’s been a week… The Real is FOX’s only non new talk show… from a business stand point if they want credibility and longevity on their network it would be BEST to keep all their POC talk shows within the lineup ! If The Real is cancelled after Dr.Oz was cancelled & now Wendy & Nick Cannon are both cancelled that would be the fourth talk show on the network to be cancelled in the last 3 months ! Nobody will tune in if it’s a constant revolving doors of talk shows coming in and out with no good rapport ! The Real needs to stay on for atleast two more years to reach 10 years of being on air so they can fill a quota atleast while Sherri & Jennifer Hudson are on ! Then if they want to get rid of it after that time period then so be it but rn I just don’t think I’d the right time unless they move to a different network or go on a steaming platform! Maybe even move to FOXSoul… I’d rather that than just completely scrap it not with the big following they have !

Good this show is getting canceled, content is good but everyone is singing the same tune when it comes to religion or politics, a conflicting opinion would have really worked.
Thats why the view will always be leagues above this show. Whenever someone disagrees its always looked down upon, but in the View its always expected. Thats why i think the show was great when Amanda was on. A lot of people didn't like her energy, but to me she at least challenged the show to not be so homogenous.
