  • With the wedding and party season right around the corner, we all want to wear fabulous outfits and look good in lehengas, gowns, dresses and slinky skirts. But not all of us have toned bodies to flaunt.
    We got celebrity trainer and Pilates expert Yasmin Karachiwala to show us some exercises to get a toned lower body. In this video, she showed us 5 exercises to go from flab to fab and get long legs and a toned booty like Bollywood divas Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ileana D’Cruz, Malaika Arora Khan, Preity Zinta, Zareen Khan, Bipasha Basu, and Waluscha D’souza to name a few.
    Yasmin Karachiwala is a fitness expert with more than two decades of experience in the fitness industry. She is a pioneer of the Pilates physical fitness system in India. Yasmin has earned the reputation of being a celebrity fitness trainer, with her clientele enlisting the crème de la crème of Bollywood.

    Hi Yasmin
    I follow all of your exercises
    But i am confused on which days to do particular exercises
    I had undergone a surgery on my feet a few years ago and i bedridden for six months and after that i got lots on fat on my butt and thighs
    Now i find it difficult to burn them
    and i am confused about doing the exercises
    The current shape of my lower body really disturbs me
    So can u pls tell me a workout chart or wen to do lower body workout
    Should i do it everyday or alternate days
    Maam pls do relp
    I am very frustrated with my lower body thighs and booty
    I am not losing fat
    And i am confused if i should do
    the lower body exercise daily or alternative days

      Sandhya B cardio with core toning exercises it really helps i’ve done it and it worked try youtube channels sich as love sweat fitness , blogilates , fitness blender, popsugar , rebecca louise , chloe tung they really help but never forget cardio it will help the most but do also toning exercises to not look weak and also feel weak

      You can watch yasmin karachiwala'a video on how to get abs like katrina kaif...those are some real hardcore abs exercises...i have seen the effect on my body. Absolutely fabulous!
