Body Part Circuit: Week ! LEGS
45 secs of work and 15 secs of active rest
1. Sumo Squat Pulses with heels lifted
2. Reverse Lunge with Hop
3. Squat and Side Leg Lift
4. Step Up and Reverse Lunge
5. Wall Squat SIt - Sport
Most of the people who r complaining about the title are here just because of the title... By saying legs like katrina means fit legs.. Nobody can bodyshame u if ur confident and if ur not writing mean comments won't help sweeties...

Ohhh my lord! I am sooo sore after doing this workout. Honestly, it is a little tough as well and felt almost like a hiit workout as i was breathless after the 2nd exercise itself. Could be because i have been inactive for a while now...but it works. I am going to follow this it up to a month and come back here to report.

I was suffering from l4-l5 split disc and couldn't walk properly for around 2 to 3 months, now it has been more than 6 months I am doing exercises suggested by my physiotherapist and now much better

I find that Indian/Hindustan people legs are always slim and lean. Like no bulky or less muscle in their thighs. So jealous
I have a question. If I'm overweight. Should I first do cardio to loose the extra kg's and after loosing it then start with these workouts? Or can I already start with this leg workout because I will loose leg fat? I'm confused...please help me out 😊
It depends on how you feel. If you feel like you will have the energy to do these workouts after cardio , then do you. But I would prefer cardio as a medium of being stronger not as a medium of burning kgs. Also you can’t lose spot fat . When you do a workout , it burns fat all over the body. The only way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit. To know more about calorie deficit, you can watch CZcams videos of “Abbey Sharp” . You will get a clear idea of how to do it correctly. Workout should be done to feel stronger and to prepare ourselves for our daily life so that we can be far from getting injured. You should watch CZcams videos of “Justina Ercole” to know more about exercising. I hope this will help you on your journey of getting fit , stronger and healthier because health is wealth, not like money but like an asset with which you can feel confident .💖💝❣️.
You should also watch CZcams videos of “ Zealocity” about calorie deficit.

No it won't this will only help to tone your legs you will be required to do weight training to grow legs and calves muscles

Yes but if she say Katrina than people attract easily
You are naturally lean and slim, nearly all these exercises will not help curvy girls with thicker thighs and calves- squats, lunges are compound exercises and work the bigger muscles and will make them bigger as will step ups increase calf size. This will not work with curvy girls or those wishing to lean out. Just trying to be honest with viewers. I would never get an endomorph body type doing these exercises.
Be half Italian to get legs like her...ridiculous...just exercise and accept your body and keep fit.
If you don't have good genes to get muscles, better just be happy with what you have.
