RE8 dabbled in the open world concept and RE4 refined it. If they can take that concept and really perfect it with RE9 then this could be one of the best RE games to date.

re4 , and 8 are semi open world. did that ruin the games ? open world doesn't necessarily mean *Assassin's Creed Origins* kind of big. remember Arkham City ? an open world doesn't necessarily mean bad
