doctor i.m from sri lanka i have thalassemia trait and my mcv count is around 60 hemoglobin around 11 to 11.5 ferrtin is 97 please tell me there any treatment to increase this i get all supplements to increase but no increase // mcv low mean sometimes i can get low blood pressure due to low blood volume and that time red blood cell gonna increase that make lot of compelecation body imbalance sometimes my eyes vision looks darker ,excersice problems skin color changes and soo much problems my life looks like junk
