बहुत डर गया था मैं.
लेकिन परिवार ने बहुत साथ दिया और मैं push ups खूब लगाया तथा विटामिन युक्त भोजन किया.
8-10 दिनों बाद दुबारा चेक कराये तो -ve हो गया..
मेरा अनुभव यही रहा की हिम्मत रखना बहुत जरूरी है
ज्यादा सोचोगे तो शरीर और बीमार बनता है..
बस +ve माइंडसेट रखना है..

test is not true. it is just litmus paper and it reacts to any acid. when the body is sick it is cleansed and acidified. therefore, the test only shows that you have eaten bad food.
