Hi we was there 3 weeks ago for our holidays karon is a great place to stay and if I can recommend Jay’s kitchen off the main beach road is a great place to eat and drink 👌👍
I do love Karon, l was there for 2 weeks in May and will be back in September.

The background music was starting to annoy me. But it was great to see Karon again, looks like a bit of public works has been done.
The best background sound is the sound of life in Phuket. That brings memories.
I couldn't agree more but unfortunately when walking around most areas in Thailand there's always music of some kind being played and thats an issue for CZcams as it then becomes a copyright problem,so it not always possible to have the background sounds there 👍

Perfect timing for these tips ! could you advise me on which beach (and therefore which hotel ..) I should stay at ? my husband and I are coming next week, and we are more into relaxed and quite sand beaches where we can swim and snorkel/SUP ... definitely not interested in nightlife / partying scene. i saw your recent video and the red flags in Surin beach so i'm a bit concerned 😕 would paradise / patong / kamala work for us ? or would you recommend staying at phi phi island instead ? i definitely need to avoid strong currents and red flags. please help !
Low season most of the time the sea isn't going to be friendly for swimming in many people drowned here every year because they ignore warning flags make sure you book a hotel with a good swimming pool I realise it's not the same but its better than risking your life..... Ao Yon is such a great area very underrated search it on my channel you may find it interesting as it matches what you have listed👍
