I lived at Kata Beach because it has better body and board surfing waves. And that little island just off the beach, called Ko Bpoo or Crab Island, is so picturesque. For families, Kamala is better.

Hi Tony, We were Booked to stay at the Centara in July 2023 and the booking was cancelled due to the Refurbishment starting in the Mid July, We were advised that the hotel wasnt looking to reopen until at least November 2024 at the earliest. So we had to stay elsewhere in Karon & Patong. This trip we are visiting Pattaya & Bangkok and hopefully the Centara will be re-open next year for us to visit as we love it.

Planning to visit phuket this weekend (from India).. 7th 8th and 9th July.. what are the weather predictions for this weekend.. will u be able to throw some light.. Our travel agent said early July is ok to visit phuket but now seeing the weather apps I’m worried 😢

Thai people and driving... you should see them drive with normal rain....100 is nothing... especially the big cars.. they are incapable to realize under what conditions they drive.

There is also Free WIFI , Smart Card : Pay by Phuket Rabbit Card is allowed , Wheelchair : Handicap Accessible Entrance , CCTV : To give the passenger a sense of security throughout the trip , USB : Every seat with USB port for charging , GPS : Real-time Bus Tracker System I believe that at least some if not all of the buses have been converted to Electric Power

Should mention rainy season very wet from june to Sept and can be dangerous to swim during this period with stingers in sea

Thank you for the video, my brother bought a condo in Phuket and I’ve been there over the winter for the last two years and didn’t even know this , I’ve been to Patong several times and I’m sure I parked on the wrong side of the road without even realizing it… you def saved me a lot of hassle in the upcoming future

It's not just in Patong; you see this odd/even parking situation all over the country. There’s often a no-parking sign just a few steps from the parking space. It's best to read the no-parking sign before parking, anywhere on earth. If you can't read the local language, use Google Translate.

Wow, it seems all too confusing for me. Myself i have no need to park anything but great information for those who do hire bikes whilst on holiday. Are the parking fines expensive and is it alot of trouble to pay and get your bike unchained.👍🙏🙏👍

Does all the beaches in phuket look like that? I'm relocating to kamala in a couple weeks. Is the beach clean?

I honestly rarely comment on anything on CZcams, and I watch a TON of vlogs before going on trips. I really like the way you broke down the concepts by each beach (sands, restaurants, activities, accommodations, etc.). The overhead shots are nice, as are the ones of you walking down the beach - very easy to get a true sense of what's going on. If I were to give a few points of feedback, since I think you've got something really good here: Timestamps would be beneficial for the viewer, as would I think some transition slides/images when you move from concept to concept, to help the viewer. Also, I think in-video links, tying me into other videos you've made would be great too! Liked and Subbed.
