Nice video, fun driving! Have you run this boat a lot? How is it holding up? Thinking about getting one but there is very little information out there.
I have only ran it this time for filming and one time for a split second to show the kiddos top speed. I will say it seems to be a nice quality setup. As far as the hull and what not. The eletronics seem very run of the mill but work just fine. I haven’t found much about them online myself. Came from motion rc
@@IsaacSchultz-lz8jc I believe the sale was new when I got it I couldn’t find any forsale anywhere bout 6 months after I had it they were sold on motion rc
I had a friend that really liked it and couldn’t find one so I got rid of it to him after the video. He beat on it hard for a while cracked the nose hitting a rock. Repaired and it’s still Going far as I’m aware. (Very doubtful on the stock esc and motor lasting)
@@IsaacSchultz-lz8jc they sell them at motion rc I’ve also had a mjet sprint while my print failed the boat itself and pump design was leaps ahead of this. (Depending on what you want to do) if still water no rapids the Bancroft handles more speed boat like. However if hitting any rapids the mjet is the way to go I would be scared the Bancroft hull would crack on the first rock hit.
What are you ruining it on? I can’t say how strong or not it is as I only ran this one for this video and it did falsely. I don’t think it would hold up to rapids or anything like that however. I’ve let the boat go a little bit ago. The guy who got it said he likes it aswell. I was scared to run it like I do my other jets so it had to go
I ran on the stock battery and the self righting didn’t work because of the offset of weight and now the receiver doesn’t work so I’m not even sure what to do. It overall held very well against the rapids
@@harrisonmitchell1435 got ya I did add a bunch of weight to the right side of the boat to help balance out a 5400mah 3s never tried the self rightens feature. I could see it needing better electronics 100% as no brand or name gear. Wish I had some extra insight on the rig to help more. Gonna try my hand at a 3D printed jet boat next just need to put it together. Hope you get that unit figured out buddy it’s a good looking hull

I’m looking at getting this or building the mjet sprint. It’s definitely difficult finding info about the Bancroft, just not a know platform

The Bancroft replacement parts seem to be a little hard to get now unfortunately I think I might end up doing the mjet
