Poirier at the weigh in didn't flinch, didn't move back an inch even when McGregor tried to make him. I believe him when he said before the rematch that he felt like the whole company was rooting against him but still it never looked to me like panic. Brandao on the other hand looked crazy until the stare down where he went absolutely mute and looked like a deer in the headlights.
